White Sand is Pental Quartz's cool-white quartz with a fine glassy particulate pattern that catches light like sea spray on a clear day. The slab reads as bright white at first glance and reveals subtle blue-toned aggregate the closer you look, giving the counter a sense of depth that solid white quartzes cannot match.
Most white quartzes choose between solid color or veined marble-look patterns. White Sand takes a third path, scattering fine glassy particles across the field so the surface holds light differently from any angle. The result is a counter that photographs cleaner than a heavily veined slab and reads more interesting than a solid white, especially under direct daylight where the glass particles catch the sun.
White Sand suits modern and coastal-leaning kitchens, primary bath vanities, and waterfall island ends where the particulate pattern reads consistent across the corner. It pairs cleanly with painted white or soft gray cabinetry, brushed nickel or polished chrome hardware, and either white oak or maple flooring. The cool tone reads especially well in spaces with strong natural light, where the glass particles catch the sun.
The glassy aggregate is distributed evenly through the slab, but particle density does vary slightly between slabs from different production runs. Request a slab viewing at the fabrication shop before final cut, especially for a long run or a waterfall end. A few minutes at the warehouse confirms you are getting the slab density you want, since photos rarely capture the way the particles catch light.
