Remington Steel is the cool-toned counterpart to Remington Brass in Cambria's newer line — a polished tile sample shows the slab's true color, vein density, and surface read before you commit to fabrication.
Remington Steel runs a clean, slightly cool white base with steel-gray veining that moves in soft bands across the surface. The metallic cool tone in the vein is the line's signature, and the sample lets you confirm whether that cool-gray reads correctly against your kitchen's other materials.
Cool-gray veining shifts visibly under different bulb temperatures, sometimes reading near-blue under cool LEDs and near-charcoal under warm tungsten. The sample answers that question in your kitchen, which is where the slab will actually live.
Lay against your cabinet door swatch and your hardware finish. Steel-veined quartz pairs cleanly with brushed nickel, polished chrome, and matte black hardware; the sample lets you confirm the cool tone holds against your specific finish.
Once the sample confirms, schedule a slab viewing at the local distributor before fabrication. Vein density varies slab-to-slab on patterned stones, and the steel-tone vein placement can shift the counter's feel from quiet to graphic depending on which slab the fabricator pulls.
