The Inverness Stonestreet Quartz Sample is a 4-inch swatch of Cambria's newer Inverness Stonestreet design — part of the Inverness family, with a cool-leaning grey-white base and structured grey vein patterns that read more architectural than organic. Use the swatch to confirm tone, vein scale, and finish before committing to a full slab.
The Inverness designs share a common cool-grey-white base with variations in vein pattern and density. Stonestreet sits among the more structured veining options in the family, with cleaner edges and a more deliberate visual rhythm than the softer cloud-vein designs. The "Stonestreet" reference suggests the urban architectural quality of cut stone paving.
Modern transitional kitchens, urban remodels, and contemporary spaces where the counter wants definite pattern interest rather than soft cloud-flow. Inverness Stonestreet pairs well with cool-grey or charcoal cabinetry, painted navy, and crisp white Shaker. The cool undertone makes it less ideal next to warm cherry or honey-toned wood, where the temperature shift reads disjointed.
Brushed nickel, polished chrome, and matte black all register cleanly against the cool grey-white base. Brass tones can work in transitional contexts but tilt the design's natural cool character toward unintended warmth. The structured veining also pairs well with linear bar pulls and slim T-bar profiles rather than ornate cup pulls or oversized knobs.
Once the swatch confirms direction, walk a full slab at a Cambria distributor before fabrication. Structured-vein designs benefit from layout planning, and dry-laying the slabs before cutting prevents awkward pattern breaks at any seams in the run.
