Toffee Is a Woodtone, Not a Paint

Toffee is a stain rather than an opaque paint, so the grain of the wood stays visible through the finish. Kitchen Craft offers it on cherry, maple, rift oak and rustic alder only – it is not available on MDF or thermofoil, which is exactly why the wood species you pick changes how the colour reads.
