Kenna in Whitecap Pewter Glaze brings together Kitchen Craft's brightest white painted base with a cool pewter glaze. The pewter pigment sits in the recess of the panel and along the profiled edge, giving the door subtle definition without pushing the cabinet face into a heavily-aged or country-traditional look.
Whitecap is the cool-bright end of the painted white range. Pewter glaze layers cool-gray pigment over the sealed base, brushed and wiped so it remains visible only in the door's profiled details. The combination reads as a refined transitional finish rather than a traditional one.
Transitional kitchens with marble or honed quartzite counters, primary baths around white tile, coastal or lake homes, and projects where the cool palette runs throughout — gray walls, cool-toned floors, polished chrome plumbing. The pewter pigment supports both polished nickel and chrome cleanly.
Daily wipe with damp microfiber. Skip ammonia and citrus cleaners, which compromise the glaze layer over time. The hand-finish process introduces door-to-door variation that is part of the finish character.
Pewter glaze shifts noticeably between warm incandescent and cool LED lighting. Order a door sample and view it under the actual bulbs the kitchen will use after dark before locking in the full order.
