The Hawkridge Quartz Sample is a 4-inch swatch of Cambria's Hawkridge design — a deep-toned quartz with substantial vein character and architectural quality. Use the swatch to confirm tone, vein scale, and finish under your actual lighting before ordering a full slab.
Hawkridge sits in the deeper-tone range of the line, with vein character that reads substantial and architectural rather than purely decorative. The base color carries depth without going to the deepest tones in the catalog, and the vein flow reads as natural quarried movement. Under polished light the contrast lifts; under softer light the slab reads as quietly substantial.
Set Hawkridge against your cabinet door at three lighting points: morning daylight, mid-day, evening interior. Deeper-tone designs shift more between bulb temperatures than light or solid quartz, and the vein contrast reads sharper or softer depending on lighting conditions. Compare beside floor materials and counter samples.
Hawkridge works beautifully against painted white Shaker, soft cream slab, and natural rift oak as a strong contrast counter. With darker cabinetry it can blend into a single-tone look that needs strong lighting and contrasting backsplash. Brushed brass, aged brass, and matte black hardware all register cleanly against the substantial base.
Once the swatch confirms direction, walk a full slab at a Cambria distributor before fabrication. Architectural vein-flow designs benefit from full-scale layout review with the fabricator before cutting begins.
