Bancroft is Omega Cabinetry's traditional cabinet door in cherry, designed with refined detail that delivers substantial traditional kitchen character. The combination of cherry wood warmth and refined construction gives Bancroft real furniture-grade traditional presence with rich material character.
Cherry wood reads warmer than maple and softer than oak, with grain pattern that runs subtle and refined. The Bancroft refined detail layers architectural shadow depth across the warm cherry surface, which delivers traditional kitchen presence with rich wood character that distinguishes it from typical raised-panel maple alternatives. The result reads as fine traditional furniture casework rather than typical kitchen cabinetry.
Bancroft carries formal traditional kitchens, especially in older homes with original cherry millwork or designed period interiors where the cabinetry should match elaborate surrounding casework. It pairs comfortably with marble-look quartz with warm veining, leathered granite, travertine floors, and unlacquered brass or oil-rubbed bronze hardware. Cherry also reads especially well alongside butcher-block islands.
Cherry wood deepens visibly under sunlight over the first few years, sometimes shifting from light pinkish-tan to deeper red-brown as the wood ages. That darkening is part of cherry's natural character rather than a defect. Pull a sample door first and view the cherry tone under your kitchen lighting before locking the order. Plan for the finish to read slightly different two years into ownership than at install.
