The Laneshaw quartz sample is the tile-format reference for one of the line's deeper, more graphic offerings — polished face, accurate vein, true color depth, sized for direct pairing against cabinet and floor samples.
The slab runs a deep gray-black base with bold, contrasting white-and-gold veining that crosses the surface in dramatic, marble-mimicking bands. It's one of the high-contrast slabs in the line, designed for kitchens where the counter is a primary visual element rather than a backdrop.
High-contrast veined quartz is where image compression fails worst. The dramatic white-on-black vein either looks washed out or over-saturated depending on the screen. The actual sample under your kitchen's lighting answers what the slab will really look like installed.
Lay against cabinet, floor, hardware, and backsplash samples. Check from arm's length and from across the room , high-contrast veining reads very differently at the two distances. View under both 2700K warm and 4000K daylight bulbs.
Schedule a slab-viewing before fabrication. Vein placement on dramatic stones varies slab-to-slab, and the slab choice is part of the design decision.
