Keelie Alabaster is a painted Shaker door from Kitchen Craft's Keelie line in a soft warm white that reads creamy without going yellowed. Alabaster sits in the warm-white range, suited to kitchens that want bright cabinetry with traditional warmth rather than the cool clinical character of Nordic-style whites.
The two whites in this line are deliberately different. Nordic is a cool-leaning crisp white for modern palettes. Alabaster is a warm-leaning creamy white for traditional and transitional palettes. Under 2700K bulbs Alabaster deepens into a soft cream; under 4000K daylight it lightens but retains its warm character. The undertone is subtle but consistent.
Traditional and transitional kitchens, farmhouse-leaning remodels, and homes with warm wood floors, cream walls, and warm-toned stone or tile work. Alabaster also works beautifully against warm cherry or walnut accent cabinetry where the warm undertone keeps the palette cohesive.
Aged brass, oil-rubbed bronze, and brushed nickel all register cleanly. Polished chrome reads colder than the warm cream wants. For counters, cream-veined quartz, warm marble look-alikes, soapstone, and butcher block all complement the door without temperature mismatch.
Order a finished door sample and view it next to your floor and counter samples under your kitchen's actual lighting. Warm whites shift between bulb temperatures and time of day.
