The Highland Evergreen door is CNC Cabinetry's reverse-Shaker take in a saturated forest-green finish. The Highland uses a 3/4-inch recessed frame with the panel detail flipped, so the panel reads slightly different than a standard Shaker while keeping the familiar Shaker silhouette.
A standard Shaker has a recessed panel with the frame standing proud. A reverse Shaker flips the geometry, so the visual emphasis lands on a different shadow line. The Highland uses a 3/4-inch recessed frame proportion, which keeps the door slim and modern. On a saturated green like Evergreen, the reverse detail keeps the color from reading as a flat painted block across long runs.
Highland Evergreen carries an island in a white-perimeter kitchen, a color-block kitchen for buyers ready to commit, or a primary bath vanity where the saturated green works as an accent. It pairs comfortably with white or light quartz tops, unlacquered brass or warm nickel hardware, and either oak or walnut flooring. The forest-green tone reads more grounded than a brighter sage and more refined than an olive.
Saturated greens shift visibly between daylight and warm LED, sometimes reading more gray, sometimes more vivid. Order a door sample and view it next to your counter slab under both midday daylight and your evening fixtures before locking the order. The reverse-Shaker detail also shows best in person, where the shadow line catches light differently than a photograph captures.
