Real Kitchens, Real Stories

The Broadway Chestnut door is CNC Cabinetry's textured laminate flat-panel cabinet in a warm chestnut wood-look finish. The textured surface mimics the depth and tactile feel of real wood at a fraction of the maintenance and cost of stained hardwood cabinetry.
Textured laminate is a high-pressure laminate face with both a printed wood-grain pattern and a physical surface texture that follows the printed grain. When you run a hand across the door, the texture follows the grain pattern, so the door reads more like real wood than a flat printed laminate would. The trade-off versus real wood is honest: laminate does not absorb stain or change color over time, which is the point.
Broadway Chestnut suits modern kitchens that want a wood look with low upkeep, rental and multifamily specs where consistency across many units matters, and primary bath vanities where moisture exposure rules out unsealed wood. It pairs cleanly with white or light quartz tops, brushed brass or matte black hardware, and either bar-pull or edge-pull profiles.
Laminate cabinet doors do not refinish like real wood; if a face panel is damaged, the fix is to replace the door, not to sand and refinish it. That is the standard trade-off with laminate construction, and it is worth knowing before you order. Pull a sample door first and check the texture and color under your kitchen lighting before locking in the full kitchen order.
